Job Summary
PrimeCare Staffing is seeking compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide high-quality patient care across various healthcare settings. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, adaptable, and committed to excellence in clinical care.
Responsibilities
• Provide basic nursing care under the supervision of an RN or physician
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Assist with patient hygiene, mobility, and daily living activities
• Observe and report changes in patient condition
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies
Requirements
• Active LPN license in good standing
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience (preferred, not required for all roles)
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability
